need info on guns. Savage/Mossberg

I've had these guns for some time now, would appreciate any info on them thanks in advance
#1 Savage arms octogon barrel pump w/ a five round clip. The clip says savage sporter april 28 1908. I thought the sporter came only in a bolt action? Ser #55,xxx

#2 Mossberg 46b with a model #4 peepsite and M4 scope. 22 bolt.Can't find anything more than that.
