400 Cor-Bon conversion/Sig P220

Am trying to determine availability of drop-barrel to convert my P220 to 400 Cor-Bon. Question:do you have info as to recommendations for manufacturer for the new barrel, and any data on previous conversions from 45 ACP to this new caliber (i.e. satisfaction/sucess)?
