Olympic Arms preban AR

I know of some one that has a 16" preban AR price is 1100.00 which also includes a complete 9mm upper to go along with it. Is this a good price or not ? I posted it in the other section also but havent gotten any responses so maybe I posted in the wrong section. I dont have a clue about the preban stuff or what an extra 9mm uper would run.

  If it has a couple of 9mm mags and the complete 5.56 and 9mm upper then this is OK.
  If you don't buy it,let me.

  The preban carbines are desireable. They go from 800-1200 usually. The 9mm upper would bring 4-600. Both depend on condition. Check out ar15.com to see what similar stuff is selling for.

  looks as if I am gonna have to pass, the rifle has alot of scratches & so forth, also no mag adapter for the 9mm upper. So I cant fire the 9mm, he says he has never fired it so he cant guarantee the 9mm upper, the adapter would cost around 150.00 & then it may not even be of good quality. thanks for the info though guys.
