Belgium Double Barrel Shotgun

I have a double barrel shotgun with the the markings A. Richard and Belgium on it. One of the firing pins has been removed and they would like it replaced. Does anyone have something like this or know someone that might?

  I assume someone wants YOU to replace the firing pin? If so, then it's probably safe to assume you're a smith? And assuming the first and second questions are affirmitive... JUST WHAT ARE YOU THINKING???
  
  You've stated a Belgian gun, but you failed to say more than just a name. Hammered or hammerless? Fluid steel or damascus? Pitted or pristine? What???
  
  My guess is that you have a damascus hammergun. I'll further guess that it is/was a utility gun at best and sold for about $10.00 sometime around 1900.
  
  And you'd not even think of the liability involved if you made that clunker shootable?

  NORD'S Correct.....You have...but...THEY WANT...You a Mechanic? [Gunsmith], and not enough information tendered...Deffinatly sounds like a Belguim Knockdown, Turn of the Century 1890's to 1920's Shotgun...sold thru Hardware Stores and Mail Order Catalogs...for $10.00 to $25.00...Most likely a Hammer gun with twist barrels...If a shooter, its only SAFE with Low Base Black Powder Shells...What happened to a lot of these old guns was that the Firing Pin Screw in Coller had a tendency to back out and allow the Firing Pin to fall out...leaving the shooter with a shotgun that needed a new Firing Pin and Coller...With a little knowledge and a Small Lathe a New Coller and Pin can be made...But if this Gun is only for decoration...why Bother to make a new Firing Pin and Coller...for an unsafe OLD Wall Hanger Type of Gun..? Liability is a New and Real fact of life these days...Choice is yours....
