Winchester M:12 28 Ga. skeet conversion

I have recently come across a model 12 28 Ga. that has been converted at some point in time. It is a low serial # gun(44,000 range) in very excellent condition but on the right hand side of the barrell it says conversion by J. E. Clark custom guns. It has a simmons rib as well. I was wondering how I might find the value of something like this? Thanks for your time.

  It's difficult to determine the value from your description. There are quite a few M12 28 ga. conversions floating around - they don't have anywhere near the value of an original factory 28 ga M12. Given what info you did provide, I'd put the value somewhere between $400 and $800.
