Do you any Idea on the value on this youth rifle? Seems to be rare.
Rifle is in excellent condition.

I bought my son a woodchucker for his 10th birthday, but that was 17 yrs ago. I think at that time it was about $180.00. I dont know if Anchutz even still makes the gun. If you can find one in good condition I would est it would be worth about $ 300.00 +.
It is a real tack driver given its just a kids gun. I think that comes from the fact that they make olympic quality match rifles.0 -
The "Woodchucker" was the name RSR Wholesale applied to its exclusive version of the Anschutz Model 1449D Youth. I bought a 1449 during their brief 1990-1991 production run, and value it in the $300 range with box and papers. I have 10-round magazines for it, and have a Leupold 2x7 Rimfire scope on Leupold mounts on it. What a neat little gun! I think there is a market for a quality rifle like this for small children. Too bad Anchutz quit making them. 0
