Rem. 7400/7600 Magazine Disassembly Help

I cannot figure out how to disassemble my Remington 7400 detachable magazines.They are the 4 round mags that supposably can be took apart to clean.Anyone know how?? Thx...

  Depress the follower, and twist sideways and this will allow the follower & spring to lift out. You will need a small needle nose pliers.
