Hornady #3035 bullets ok in tubular magazine?

Are Honorady 30 cal. 150 gr. round nose bullets (Stock #3035) safe to reload for use in a Winchester 94, 30-30 cal., or can only flat nose bullets be used in a tubular magazine? Thanks.

  I'm not sure what the 3035 is, but rule of thumb for tubular magazine (centerfire) rifles is flatnose or roundnose bullets only. No spitzer or pointed bullets.
