I have a set of old platic grips and one of them have turnd a little yellow and I would like to know if anyone has devised a way to blacken them rather than replace the grip.

  You might want to contact the folks at Handgungrips.com. I don't think they have a set, but they might be able to make one for you based on your current grips.
  
  It's not terribly hard to make decent grips if you are good with woodworking tools or know someone who is. Maybe a gunsmith can do it. Just an idea in case no grip maker can help you.
