I think www.aimpoint.com may have the mount. But be sure you mount the laser away from the muzzle a good bit or any escapeing gas.I saw a guy (dont know who he was)that had mounted his laser under the barrel close to the muzzle, and blew his Laser apart. He was in the gun shop trying to get his money back.Not.I have seen a Russian AK with a factory muzzle break that directs muzzle blast up,and it would probably be ok to mount one near the barrels end?But on a SAR-1 I would mount it 2-3 inches from the muzzle.Let us know how it goes I might mount one on mine for those close plinking shots.

If you have the side mount plate, several companys are making a side mount with a weaver rail for less than $40 ... Then there is also the Ulti-MAK mount (around $100) that has a weaver rail on it and it replaces the gas tube ... but I'm not sure that your laser would clear the front sight, the Ulti-MAK's are more designed for 30-40mm red-dot scopes and allow co-witnessing with the red-dot and iron sights.
