Is both of these the same ?

Can i shoot 30-30 shells in the 30 W.C.F.

  Yes, they are one and the same; the 30WCF designation is the older way of stating caliber.

  Synonomous, same cartridge. Earliest M1894 had designation .30 W.C.F. while more modern ones will read ".30-30 Winchester."
