H&R handi-rifle

What is the value of a H&R handi-rifle which has had less than 20 rounds fired through it. It has a synthetic stock,target barrel, a simmons 3x9x40 scope. It was bought new in april. I don't want to pay too much for this rifle.

  Duh. the rifle is a .223 remington.

  I do not see one with a synthetic stock (it may be to new) but Fjestads 23rd edition list one with a Monte Carlo stock for 200.00. I belive your target barrel is a Heavy bbl. This rifle is for varmint shooting. As for the scope and rings the value is what you place on them as used products. I'm sure you will get other opinons, this may help you decide if the price is right for you. By the way I have sevral of these guns and they are fine shooters for the money. Good luck.

  Academy Sports in Florida has brand new handi-rifles w/ a scope mounted on sale for $219 right now. It is not the bull barrel, but for the price w/ a 3X9 scope is a great deal.

  Its an NEF Handi Rifle, owned by H&R. New they are about $170.00 and the scope can be had for around $40.00. I would try to get the both of them for around 150-170.
  
  When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....
