mag capacity & black talons

a) does anyone know the n.y.s law for mag capacity? if i just purchased a g23 can i only carry the mag it comes with? b) does anyone know if i can legally carry black talons in the pistol?

  Go to the NRA website. Look for your state, and check the laws there.
