Disassembly of a Ruger mag

I need to know how to disassemble a Ruger 9mm post-ban mag. It's one with that plastic bottom portion. It looks as if there's a pin above the plastic piece, but I can't get it to move.

  It should be a small roll pin. If you use a proper sized punch, it should drift right out.
