Unusual Headstamps

I have some 30-06 with 30-06 on the casehead at the 6 O'Clock position and nothing else. They are in boxes marked AMRON. Anybody know anything about these?

I also have a .38 Special with .38 SPL at the 6 O'Clock and the name (in script) BUFFALO ROCK at 9 to 3 O'Clock. Info??
