U.S. AK Mags

Does anyone know of an U.S. made double stack magazine for 7.62x39 AK type rifes. Or a source for conversion kits (followers and floor plates) of U.S. make.

  I cant think of any,not to say theirs not.Tapco has new Romanian 30RD mags for $9.99 I think you can visit their web site www.tapco.com or check here at Gun Broker Ive found some good Deals here.

  USA used to offer AK47 mags, however they were just Chinese AK mags in USA packages. They did however have some 55rd AK mags that were a combination of one of the Ruger Mini 30 50rd mags with an AK top welded to it. Either way there hasn't been any US made AK mags. Followers and floor plates yes, but not complete mags. No US manufacturer could ever compete with the price or quality of an original built as strongly as they are or for that kind of money.
