Paragon shotgun

Hello

I inhereted an old single shot shotgun labeled "Paragon". Does anyone know anything about these?

  PARAGON WAS TRADE NAME USED BY J.STEVENS ARMS CO. and interestly enough the same Trade name was used by Hopkins and Allen in the 1880's for a line of revolvers...just wanted to let you know that tidbit...But back to your gun..value wise...in Excellent Shooting condition...$100.00 for the Single Shot and $175.00 for the Double...
