I am interested in rebarreling my xp would like to have a
14" barrel the die.of a 35cal.xp100
anyone know who to talk to about this

  I would contact Shilen to ask this question as they have a line of XP-100 barrels. Look through their website or check Brownells catalog as they carry them.
  
  Dan Lilja also makes short barrels for long range pistols. You can do a web search for barrel makers or go to www.benchrest.com/sst
  where they list most of the current barrel makers.

  If you're converting from .223 you'll also need a new bolt.
