Did I get a Good Deal
I finally went out and bought my gun. A Ruger p93dc. I was used any shot 50 rounds through it. I got it for 265.00 w/ a locked case, 2 clips, mag loader, manual, and trigger lock. I bought an extra clip 29.00 for Ruger clips. I thought that was kinda high but everone told me only use Rugers clips. I pick it up on Sat. and can't wait. I was going to get the 89 but they wanted 390.00 plus tax. for a new one. I'm picking up the houge grips tomarrow w/ my Mike's Holster level 3 for 60.00 and the grips for 9.00 new on both. How does everyone like these 93's. Hope I did pretty good. Alll feedback is welcome. It was a toss up between the CZ 100, XD 9, or P93.

I don't know anything about the P93, but I know Ruger makes a great gun. I picked up my P89 in 2001 NIB with two 10 rnd mags for 325.00.
If the mag was a Ruger factory pre-ban for $29, you did great. But if it was a 10 rounder, you could've done a little better, but not enough to worry about. BTW, they are 'magazines', not 'clips', just FYI for the future.

Don't know how you could have done "much" better, sounds fair where you're into it.
You'll like the Hogue grips, for sure.
Better choice than the CZ, imho.

Sounds like you made a good deal. $390 for a P89 is crazy, even new. You did right to go with the 93. Though $29 is knida high for a mag unless it's a high cap.

Anyone know where to find a level 3 holster or an innerlocking cordua holster only place I've found is Uncle Mike's. I can't find anyone makin holsters for this thing 0 -
You got a god buy,you cant go wrong with a Ruger.The CZ75B is also one of the best guns ever made.As for the XD its supposed to be a good gun,I hope to find out soon.I answered your question about the Holster in your other thread.

I paid $300. shipping incl here on GB for a little used stainless P89 vintage 1992 with 2 hi cap mags. It is a nice pistol.
Do you really want an Uncle Mike holster? I have a Fobus paddle holster RU-1 that I paid $21. for and it is perfect for me.
I just purchased a Springfield XD V10 (locally this time)in .40cal and purchased a Fobus RotoPaddle holster SP-1 (from Fobus 'cause it is a new item)and it was $34. delivered and it works really well. The angle is easily adjusted nad it stays adjusted. The XD is now my daily carry.
Just a thought as the Uncle Mike rig may very well be better for you but it is expensive.

You got a good price. I checked with a friend of mine, he's a gun dealer, and he said that he wouldn't sell me the same stuff you got for that price (some friend he is). 0
