hAVE .303 BRITISH SIMILAR TO ENFIELD P-19 MAKER MARK IS RE IN AN OVAL. SERIAL IS 271503. IT HAS BRIISH PROOF MARKS, BUT NO MAUFACTURERS NAME. CAN ANYONE IDENTIFY

  Was P-19 a typo? If you meant P-17, then what you have is a P-14. RE indicates manufacture by Remington at their own plant (not Eddystone) where the production totaled 403,000. Value will depend on condition.

  buttplate was rusted and reblued. all serial numbers match. stock is worn, metal is 97%
