7mm-08 pet loads

WOULD LIKE SOME INPUT ON TRIED AND TRUED PET LOADS FOR THE REM.7MM-08 MODEL 7 20 INCH BARREL USING 140GR. BULLET (HORNADY BAL. TIP) THESE LOADS WOULD BE USED FOR WHITETAIL SIZED GAME.

  jokor3: hi , can't help you with exactly what you want, but in my Ruger 77 R I use Hornady 139 btsp with 40.5 gr of IMR3031 and a cci 250pr.

  Gsk IS USING ABOUT THE SAME LOAD I USE FOR THE 140 GR. BULLET AND I USE 4350 POWDER FOR MY 120 GRAIN LOADS. HORNADY BULLETS WOOK GOOD FOR ME, GOOD LUCK

  I use 43.5 Gr. IMR 4064 behind a 130 Speer boat tail spitzer. Have been using Winchester primers. Shoots very well in my Model 70, shoots around and inch in my buddy's Savage, and clover leafs with another buddy's Browning Micro Hunter.
