Acme 200-12ga. loader

Several years ago I loaded light load 12 ga. shells using this loader.
It would load 3 drams equiv. with red dot powder and 1 1/8 oz. shot.

The charge bar is round instead of square and doesn't use different size sleeves. I have given this loader to a guy I work with and we would like to know what powder would be interchangeable with red dot?
Or is red dot still available?

It would load and crimp AA winchester shells nicely.

I read where this loader was the predesessor of the MEC loaders.
