how do I sell my pre-ban Tec-9??
Who can I sell to? Who shouldn't I sell to?? I live in California and the laws here are many. Can anyone help???

whb, I'm a dealer located in south Orange County, CA. You may sell your TEC-9 out of state to whom-ever you please, as long as it is also legal in the buyers (or his dealer's) location. You do not need permission from the DOJ to sell it, but if it is registered to you you must notify them so that they can remove the pistol from your name.
