For those looking for a good 9MM RD.
Federal's newly released ammo gives the 9MM a whopeing boost.Released earlier this year has been a great success with LE as well as civilians.Its new 135gr HP Bullet has been used enough now to say it is very affective against two and four legged critters.I ran about 450RDS through a Glock and a Ruger P89 and from a bench rest keyholed a place the size of my fist.The US Secret service is testing the round now for their Sig P228s ans some special forces have used the round successfully in the M-11 or Sig P228.You may want to give it a try its in their Personal Defense Line of ammo.

Rugster is correct, Federal's Personal Defence line is some serious 9mm ammo. Been trying it at the range for about a month. Also bought a few boxes of 40sw to see what it does. 0 -

I'll second that!
In my "favorite" Browning Hi-Power, I could get groups that I was happy with; even though the gun was capable of tighter groups than I the shooter was capable of.
Tried a couple boxes of the new Federal load and I'll be danged, I was able to tighten up the group a little more.
And they are consistent.

Is there a link that you can provide to an online distributor of this ammo? New ammo doesn't catch on very quickly in my area. I have a distinct feeling that I am about to come into a used Kel-Tec P-11 and am always interested in new 9mm loads. 0 -
That sounds like something I might try in my P11 also.
What's the going price for a box of 20/25? I'll be packing my .45 again for the winter (heavier clothing), but I might pack my 9mm with that stuff for next spring if it works well.
