223 'sniper' killer

I'm sure a lot of you gun lovers are feeling pretty sickened by this "sniper". They should give him a more appropriate name like "cowardly, cold blooded murderer". I wish there was an easy way to stop him, I'm just saddened and frustrated by this whole thing.
