Twist Rate for Ruger #1

Can anyone tell me what the barrel twist is for a Ruger#1 in 6mm Remington?

  I don't have one to check right at this moment but am sure it would be either 1-9, 1-9.5 or 1-10. If you own the rifle you can check it yourself using a cleaning rod and tight patch. Mark your rod with a marker on top, just a little dot. Push the rod into the bore and watch for the dot to come back to the top or starting position. Measure the length of rod it tokk to do this and you will have your twist rate. GHD
