Savage-Anschutz rifles were available from 1963 to 1981. During the period when Savage was importing Anschutz rifles certain models in the Anschutz line were designated "Savage-Anschutz" for sales in the U.S. Conversely, certain models manufactured by Savage were designated "Anschutz-Savage" for sale by Anschutz in Europe. Some "Anschutz-Savage" rifles have made their way into the U.S. While somewhat rare, these rifles are typically based on the Savage Model 110 action. They are not as desirable as those "Savage-Anschutz" marked rifles utilizing the superior Anschutz action. Mark 10 Target Rifle--.22 LR cal., single shot 26 in. heavy barrel, adj. sights, globe front, target stock with full pistol grip, adj. palm stop, mfg. 1963-1981. Value in 98% conditon $350-$400. 0 -

Some of the catalog information includes the fact that the Model 10 uses the same action as the more expensive Model 64. The globe front sight has seven aperture and post inserts for various shooting conditions and individual prefereces. The rifle meets all American junior match requierments. All and all, a fine rifle.
