Info on JP Sauer Shotgun

I have a JP Sauer SXS Shotgun that I inherited. I wanted to find out more information, but research resorces seem limited. The serial # is 20xxx. It is a 12 ga.

The receiver is extensively engraved with a duck scene on one side and pheasants on the other. The underside of the receiver has a trademark that says "Original Sauer" and another trademark that says "Stoeger Arms Corporation - Germany".

The side of the barrel says "JP Sauer& Sons A.G. Eckernforde". There is also what appears to be two names on both sides of the barrel. I cannot make them out so excuse the spelling but they look like the following:

Lanzial La Staff Bockoner Veqier

When broken down, there are also some marks on the underside of the barrels as follows:

1: 2 54
2: 12/70 (this appears twice)
3: The letter Z with underlines
4. Two intertwined letters S with a U in the middle
5. A circle with a B in it
6 Two marks that look like bird cave drawings

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any information on reference books would also be appreciated.

  A few more things, the shotgun appears to have sidelocks. I cannot tell if they are dummy sidelocks or not. Any way to tell without taking the shotgun apart?
