Best AR for Service rifle compettion?

My wife got her distinguished in small bore and now wants one in highpower service rifle. What AR service rifle is the best one to do this? Thanks

  Just about any of the major makers match rifles are adequate.
  Most will run around $900-$1200 depending on the bells and whistles.
  I am partial to Olympic SUM barrels.
