I believe you have what is called the Texas Ranger shotgun, made by Stevens. They were made for Montgomery Ward and other Hardware stores. Its also known as the Model 95,it was made in the early 1900s-1940.They are good guns but have no collector Value.

I know that Winchester made shotguns called "ranger", but don't know if they made any doubles. I would think that it would say U.S. Repeating Arms on it someplace, if it is a Winchester.
Also could be a gun made by some manufacturer for a certain store. I have a 12 single, and the only markings on it are "Russo", a bad stamp of a rooster, and "Chicago, Illinois." Nearest I ever got to finding out, was that it was made for some hardware store in Chicago, maker unknown. Good luck!
