    Yes, but it must go to a federal firearms license holder or if a C & R to a C & R license holder to be in compliance with federal firearms regulation. I am not sure if postal regulations mention shipping to C & R license holders so you may have a problem if shipping to a C & R licensee.

    You can send it to the manufacturer/repair shop/customizer for repair/replacement without an FFL, and receive it back.

    You must declare the contents of the package is a firearm.

    USPS Publication #52 gives you the information. Note to nmyers. The box may NOT disclose the contents. A dealer and Manufacturer must use the Form 1508 but even that does not go on the package. Pub 52 gives you all of the particulars.

    This does NOT apply to United Parcel Service or Federal Express.
