Marlin Model 25MN

I bought a Marlin Model 25MN rifle and I'm thinking of putting a scope on it BUT thier is no where to mount the scope mounts what other option do i have.

just aquired 22mag. rimfire model 25 mn Marlin, decent gun, real good accuracy, but trigger is AWFUL!!!!! I NEED HELP WITH THIS GUN ANY SUGGESTIONS. THANKS, GUNPIRATE

The Marlin 25 should have a grooved rail for rail type mounts to clamp on the top of the receiver.

I have an 880ss Marlin, it also has the tip-off grooves. Spend a little more and buy the BKL scope mounts, they won't move on you. I tried the Tasco mounts, they had an annoying habit of creeping after 50 or so rounds. You can get the BKL's directly from Marlin.
