Is there any mail order suppler that will pick up the Hazmat fee
for a large order?

  Check out www.gibrass.com, they waive the hazmat charge for larger orders and have some good deals on powder, brass, and bullets.

  If the price is good, the hazmat charge is usually not an issue. Compare the total charge for everything--do the math. Someone has to pay the charge and it's likely to be you whether the charge is stated or not.
