SIG P-220 Question

I was curious if the muzzle compensator that is featured on sig sauers p 220 sport model (attaches with hex screws and increases length by about 1 1/2 inches) is available as an accessory to attache to a standard sig 220. i love mine but after shooting my brothers new 220 sport i new i had to get one. it makes the gun even more pleasant than it already is. can the compensator be purhased from sig?? if so whats the price like?? thanks guys

  I don't think you can do it; I believe the sport model has special fittings to allow it; it's a good bit more expensive than a regular 220--worth it I'm sure, but...
  
  I like the 220 ST model-stability without the power robbing/muzzle flash of a compensator and just a slightly higher price than the standard 220.
