Remington ADL / BDL

Hi can I add a floorplate and magazine assembly to a ADL make a BDL or is the receiver not made the same??? Thanks Ray.

  Hello x full, welcome to the forum!!!!!
  
  Yes an ADL can be converted to a BDL. Brownell's
  has a kit, around $90. www.brownells.com
  It would probably be better to get a BDL stock,
  but you could probably have the ADL stock inletted
  for the BDL trigger guard and box mag. assembly.

  x-full, I have a take -off BDL stock long action, beautiful wood, no inletting needed for $100.00. The stock is ANIB. GHD

  No problem converting a ADL to A BDL. I have done this a dozen times. You can even convert a Remington ADL to a DBM, drop box magazine. All you need is the correct parts and the correct stock.
