SXS damascus bbl value and ID/info
1. SXS (double barreled) 12 gauge shotgun
2. 28 inch damascus barrels
3. right hand of reciever: "BELLMORE GUN CO."
4. left hand of reciever: blank(no writing)
5. case hardened reciever
6. top of barrels at break: "GENUINE DAMASCUS" "CHOKE BORED"
7. SERIAL NUMBER #93767 (all parts match)
8. double triggers(one for each bbl) extractors
the barrels are in great shape, with no bulges or damage showing. the bores are spotless, and show no use or wear. the damascus pattern is clear and visible, but has darkened with age. the case hardening is at about 85%. the gun locks up tight, and functions correctly. the stock is in fine shape for its age, but has the usual handling wear. it could use a good cleaning. amazing tight lined checkering. a few of the metal-to-wood screws have been buggered, and need replacement.

Bellmore Gun Company was a trade name used by the H.& D. Folsom Arms Company on shotguns made for them by Crescent Firearms Company of Norwich, Connecticut.
H&D Folsom bought Crescent Firearm Company and it was sold to J. Stevens Arms Company, which was a division of Savage Arms Corporation somewhere around 1930 ---- so the shotgun was probably made before 1930.

NO!!!
Are they shooters ---- IF AND ONLY IF you have a good gunsmith who has the necessary fiber-optic equipment to check INSIDE the bores for any evidence of delamination AND IF you are will to load black powder shotshells for them as I do. Any evidence of delamination and it immediately becomes a "wall-hanger". Don't believe the stuff about "you can shoot 'low-brass' shells" --- it won't blow up in your face, they were too well made to do that, but it will DRAMATICALLY speed up the old girl's demise and will probably crack the stock at the wrist.
If she were in 20 gauge I would make you an offer, if she were in 28 gauge I would make you a much better offer, but I have Damascus barreled 12 gauge ladies aplenty and to spare.
