Milsurp or PMP new? I have tried both and while it isn't match grade, it is clean, reliable, and fairly accurate.

bought 140 round battlepack for $14 at a gunshow. almost impossible to work the bolt on my rem 700. fired 3 rounds, gave away the rest.

I use the .223 from S.A. I like it no problems. Found some surplus 308 CHEAP, Dont know anyone that has used it. What about the ammo from Portugal ????

It will hurt you, More than it will hurt me..

The south african ammo is good I have shot a full battlepack of 300 rds and the ammo shot very well and seemed very accurate
as a side note it seemed to shoot clean and had no misfires or duds
I wish i could say the same of box ammo
but i would recomind it for use in a ar 15

I've used both the South African and the South American 308 in my chinese m-14 and my Israeli Mauser. No great problems with anything. The S.African MAY be a bit more accurate than theS. Amer.
    Have fun, be careful!!

I've spit some out of my CETME ok, no problems. Its decent quality mil-surplus ammo, would expect the same from any low bid mfg'd stuff...

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

I've used the battle packs, and the PMP. I thought that the battle packs were more accurate. I've had no problems with either kind.

    Thanks, Grizztribefans@sssnet.com
