Wolf or Bear?

I've been seeing all these posts about Wolf ammo. A store near me has stared to stock Silver Bear ammo. It is also Russian. The 9mm they have now is a steel case FMJ, and it is very reasonable in price. How does it compare to Wolf, or any other? Anyone try it? The shop that has it is selling it by the case, I'd hate to buy that much and find out I don't like it.

Pass on the tradition, teach a kid to shoot.

  I bought a box of Silver Bear 9mm a year or so ago. Did OK in my S&W CS-9. No jams or misfires. As accurate as I am (which is not saying much these days!). I'd say go for it if the price is right. Makes good plinker rounds. Good luck!

  I've shot both Wolf and Bear in my Ruger 9mm. No difference and no jams either. If price is your driver then go with the Bear. Though I think Wolf is the better ammo if your shooting for cash/prizes.
