I was reading a sales catalog and stumped up on a good deal 4 Mags 30rd new Romanian new.Then I seen they also had some Mini-14 20rd mags for $14.95 or so.But I read on about them and it said these are the same mags once contracted and used by Ruger.So I bought some,I wish I would have ask first.Does anyone know if victor Mini-14 mags are any good??

  The Victor mags that I've seen were paper thin crap for the Mini 14. That is why they are so cheap. I've seen guys buy 3 or 4 only to find out that they now have 3-4 worthless magazines. They could have spent the same money and only gotten one good PMI mag, but at least they'd have one good mag instead of 4 worthless ones.
  
  My question is: Who is Victor and how and/or why does he still have pre-ban magazines 8 years after the ban. If they were any good they'd would be out of them and/or they would be more than $14.95. Either way, I wouldn't waste my money on them, but if you do, order one and try it. If it actually works order more, but don't order a whole bunch before making sure of their quality and reliability. Check the feed lips specifically. The ones I've seen you could bend them any way you wanted with your fingers. They were very thin and ill-formed in the first place. When the metal is that thin, they won't hold up for long and rarely will work in the first place.
