Harlee,I bought a 39A a couple years ago for $120. Mint condition, less than 100 rds thru it,late 70's/early 80's I think. It's my favorite 22. I've seen new ones around here for about $350. My guess is a good used one could bring $200-250? Can't help ya with the 94.

marlin 39a should go for around $300 or so
winchester 94 post war IF its the 20 inch standard carbine then about $350 to 450, If its a 24 inch barreled rifle then maybe up to about $700 , if its a 16 inch trapper then about $500 to 600 ... price on 94's can vary greatly ,seems like the prices have been slipping a little on 94's around where I live the last couple of years,, prices stated where what I have seen rifles going for not book values0 -
prices are cyclical, and have ups and downs. currently there is an intrest in leverguns, driven by cowboy action shooting. prices at the shows for lever guns, even junk are going up. the 39A i would estimate at $425.00 and the 94 at around $275-$375. the pre 64 94's are becoming much sought after. prices on the 39A's are rising to unheard of hights. the blue book lists one 39 (the 39adl) at around $1000.00!!! condition is the key to value. rarity helps too, but condition drives the price. good luck, mike.
ps: i own a 39ADL and a pre-64 carbine in .32 winchester special. these are legacy pieces that should be passed on to the next generation of your family. no collection should be without them.

Harleeman - You are giving away your southern lineage with a statement like "They were my kids fathers guns"
Is that anything like, "I am my own Grandpaw" ?
