How do I install night sights on my Beretta 92fs?

I bought some night sights from a guy on Ebay last week. They seem to be pretty good, but I don't understand how they go on. What special tools do I need? Since the front sight is part of the slide it cannot be removed, but it looks like I need to drill two small holes, because the front night sight has holes and looks like it will slip over the top of the factory front sight.

  Ok, I snapped the front sight on, but now I can't figure out how to remove the rear sight. Do I just yank it out with a pliars? And the night sites came with two small less than half inch sized pins. How do I use them?
