Savage/Anshutz Model Match#64

Can anyone tell us anything about this gun . Model # Match 64 .22lr. Serial # 986xxxA. First one we have ever come across. ALso would like to get an owners manual.

  Starters grade match rifle. I would say it's from the late 60-s to early 70's(not sure). New one will be the same action, but have a model number example model 1403. Value depends on the stock(two types) and the sights and any upgrades such as trigger. Value between 300-450. I had several of these I bought from a local high school rifle team.
