How much $ + gun for trade
Like most folks I have some guns for trade and some that I would not give up. Here is the question co-worker has 357 S&W Combat Mstr.Pc.
(Iwant it badly) I have a trade Charter Bull Dog in 44spl Stainless
+100.00 boot, He says no. How much more boot do I offer befor I loose out badly. I'm willing to loose some but I don't want to be foolish.

Unless he is interested in your 44 just hold on to it or sell it separately--you'll do better. What does HE want for the gun with or without your 44? My quick guess is that his gun is worth maybe about $400 depending on condition. They're good guns if in decent condition.
We all get real passionate when we see something we want. Stay objective and keep your enthusiasm in check when you negotiate. You'll do better.
