Best MAG, Mini 14

I know you have talked about this before, But I have a friend that just got a Mini 14, and he want's to see it in "Black & white". What is the best one to get For the Mini 14.

  Ruger factory mags are the best for the Mini-14. They are expensive in 20 and 30 round configuration.
  
  PMI, or Precision Magazine Industries mags are the next best. They are pretty high in price.
  
  The MWG drums are good as well. That's my favorite.
  
  There are several cheap magazines that can be bought for 10 to 15 dollars that might or might not work as they come. If they don't work as they come, they can usually be made to work with some modification. They would best be compared to factory magazines and cut/shaped to work. I've seen some of these that don't even have the front locking hole drilled. There are others in the 10-15 dollar price range I've found work fine just as they are. Luck of the draw on the cheap mags.
