Buy an Izhmash AK 47?

Does anyone have any information about this rifle? It's supposed to be Russian manufactured with an American made trigger group replacing the original trigger group. Any opinions about the merits of the 14" barrel (With added muzzle brake to make it legal) versus the 20" barrel? Thanks,posh.

  Izhmash is a true russian.
  Fairly rare. 762x39 max effective range is apx 150yds with 16" or 20", expect 3 to5" groups at 150meters, 300 meters expect 5" to 8" groups. 500 meters throw rocks your better off.
