my state says that its illeagel to posses buy sell or trade ammo
which has a stell inside with a nylon outside would that be considered a black talon
rifle or shotgun ammo is ok

  He means " steel. " Yeah, I can kind of see that. Of course, it depends on what state you live in. California, for example, has some pretty strange laws. Some states won't allow the sale of anything capable of a gross degree of penetration- especially if it could potentially pierce a Kevlar vest. They don't see why any law-abiding citizen would need something like that. But personally, I don't need a bullet with a steel core. Hollow-points suit me just fine.
  I don't anticipate having to use my guns in self-defense, but if the time comes, I will be ready. I will be prepared enough and trained enough that the type of bullet won't matter.
