Orange .223 mags
Today at the gun show I ran across what appeared to be bright-ass orange plastic AR mags. They had no markings of any kind. They are very similar (to my untrained eye) to what are commonly referred to as waffle mags. Has anyone else seen these, it's knida hard to miss 'em. They ought to look great hanging out of the bottom of that all black AR-15!!! Halloween came early this year!!

Are u sure it was a functional magazines, sounds to me like a safety device or training dummy magazine.
If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

These are the orange Thermold AR-15 mags. They were used for blanks by Canada I think. Some are modified to accept regular ammo by renoving a lip on the front of the magazine. 0 -
I have some of those mags. They are from Thermold. I have them in both configurations, exclusively for blanks or for regular live ammo. LRARMSX@MCHSI.COM 0
