CETME .308 Rifles: Any Good?
Having been looking at the CETME .308 rifles as a temporay fix until I can afford a M1A. Are these rifles worth the investment and will they give reliable performance and accuracy? See them in Gun List for $300. Thanks.

A page or so back, someone asked the same question and got a good response. I have one and am very happy with it. There are some faults with it, main thing I can think of is the heavy trigger pull, which is characteristic of Cetmes and HK models of this type. That has something to do with their ability to withstand accidental discharges after being dropped from considerable heights.
