CETME assault rifles
Are CETME assault rifles any good? What about ones remanufactured/refurbished by Century Arms?

I've played with one and found it to be more appealing than an HK because of the wood. Kinda reminds me of an Stg 44 in overall shape (duh, wonder why?). Lots of fun for cheap. Yeah, they're okay. 0 -

Yea, I bought one when they first came out. Could pass it up for $299, even if it sucked for that price, I could easily get my money back. So I tried, and can say I'm actually very pleased. Sure it would have been alot nicer had it been in its origianal reciever without the new US made compliance parts, but for the price, I'm not complaining to much. Mine shoots reliably, and is a blast for plinking, but I wouldn't consider it a duty capable firearm.
If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.
