Does anyone make a 16 or 18 inch free floating aluminum hand guard for ar15s?

DPMS & Brownells has them. mine is from DPMS 18"

I've check both brownells catalog and dpms and didn't seem to find what I was looking for. Maybe I missed it, I'll have to take another look.

JP Enterprise has a 17 1/2" that will cover the gas block ... is that what your wanting? www.jpar15.com , Brownells used to carry them but my catalog is about a year old ...

Yeah, that's a lot like it. Someone on ar15.com recommended JP and I may check into if they'll make something custom for me that won't break my check book.
